Lovett's cloudforest property in Ecuador, celebrated its 25th anniversary at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens on November 11.

Exciting news from Siempre Verde!
Thanks to funding from the Lovett Sustainability Fund and another generous donation from Steve and Karen Merz family, we had our first completed thesis project at Siempre Verde.
Atlanta Botanical Garden staff has visited Siempre Verde for many years, but in the last few we initiated the Flora of Siempre Verde project.
Students in the art course worked on printmaking, drawing, painting, and photography, using the diversity found in the natural landscapes of Ecuador, as well as the local culture to inspire and inform their art.
During the summer of 2015, four Spanish students joined the Cloudforest Classroom at Siempre Verde.
The Middle School trip to Siempre Verde is an amazing, eye-opening experience.
The first Lower School trip to Siempre Verde was during the summer of 2015. Another Lower School trip will happen in Summer 2016.
